EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE (ESS) LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS

Click on the link “Log In" on the upper right corner of this screen. Then, type in your User name (Employee Id#) and Password.

*For FIRST-TIME ESS USERS, your login is your employee id#, and your password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. You will then be prompted to change your password.

Password Requirements

Minimum length of 14 characters
Must contain at least one number
Must contain combination of upper and lower case
Must contain at least one special charachter such as @,#,$,etc. (password cannot begin with special character)

To keep your data safe, we require you to change your password every 90 days

EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE LOG OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

To log out of ESS, click on your name and then click the link "Log Out" on the upper right corner of this screen.
